backend rendering disabled

Hi!

I'm trying to view a spatial genomics dataset using the online viewer but have suddenly received the error "backend rendering disabled"

I found a separate post mentioning a similar error and the cause might be the update to 7.0, but I have never had a GPU in any of the machines that I've used to visualize the data. 

Pardon my naiveness in the question, but is there any way I can reconfigure the viewer to render correctly again?

I typically access this via https://titan.mapd.com/harvard_demo/dashboard and had been able to visualize everything in all of our computers up until now.
