HeavyIQ 8.1.3 Error for ubuntu

Hello! I installed the software on a clean Ubuntu according to the instructions, everything works except HeavyIQ. Maybe I need to somehow prepare the environment for installing python or something else? Can you give full instructions for running HeavyIQ in Ubuntu. Port 6275 does not start

  Hi,
  
  HeavyIQ needs Python 3.10 to work correctly on Ubuntu 22.04. 
  
  To get what's going one you whou shared the heavyiq specific logs like these
