Issue with building OmniSciDB in lentos

I'm having an issue when I tried to build omnisci. the following checks failed

Performing Test CMAKE_HAVE_LIBC_PTHREAD - Failed

Performing Test HAVE_CXX_FLAG_WSHORTEN_64_TO_32 - Failed

Performing Test HAVE_CXX_FLAG_WD654 - Failed

the system is x86_64.

do you have any idea why this test fails and how to fix it?

  Hi @missasma,

  do you mean that you are having issues trying to run the CMake in CentOS?

  Have you followed the instruction on our GitHub pages about pre-requisites on centOS? https://github.com/omnisci/omniscidb#centos-7
